Tarot Cards: I cannot go into what each card means. Please do your Googles for more information. There are so many interpretations but here are the basics.
Major Arcana cards include 21 numbered cards and 1 unnumbered card (the Fool) other examples are The Magician, The High Priestess, and the most famous in movies anyway is the Death Card. It means CHANGE and the end to an era of time and not the death of a person.
The rest of the cards are catagorized in groups: Wands which represents your moods, energy, life force, Cups represent emotions, feelings, love, hate, Swords represents passion, action, motivations, Pentacles represents money, riches, practical matters.
Once you get the hang of those themes it’s easier to read the cards without the aid of a book or resource guide. But there is nothing wrong with using a guide source while doing your readings, as long as you are not getting paid for it. People who are paying want to know that you know what you’re talking about so before you charge STUDY!
Choosing your deck. The key here is go to a store that sells a variety of tarot card decks. Look them over, look at the pictures inside. What speaks to you spiritually. The one you keep coming back to is the one that is for you. The reader should always choose their own deck. Do not use one that is giving to you unless it actually does speak to you.
